Forefront has been established by Alex Crowley, Boris Johnson’s former Political Director and Michael Hantman, a market researcher with experience in all the major recent elections.

Strategic Director

Alex has spent a decade in political campaigning and communications. He was part of the team that delivered Boris Johnson's two election victories in London, also serving as his Political Director in City Hall.

He also has extensive experience of the private sector, advising clients such as Ford, British Airways, UPS, Ministry of Sound, Peabody, St George PLC, Queen’s Park Rangers football club and London Biggin Hill airport on their political and public engagement.

Alex is the strategic lead for client projects, analysing the research findings and advising on strategy and messaging.

Michael Hantman

Operations Director

Michael has a strong track record as a market research and data collector through what has been a turbulent few years in politics. He has worked on projects seeking to understand perception around the 2014 Scottish independence referendum, the 2014 European Parliament elections, the 2015 General Election and the 2016 EU referendum. He has run projects that have conducted over 250,000 interviews.

Michael is the director responsible for operations and data gathering, to ensure that clients' projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
