We work with a number of B2C companies in Finance, Utilities and Insurance to deliver consumer insights that help shape their annual marketing spends. One such example is the Price Comparison website Money Expert and its sub brands of usave and Simply Switch.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, we helped them to clearly identify the audiences most likely to use their service, and the messaging most likely to engage them into customers, and the most efficient channels to convert them.

This formed the foundation of the development of new products and the timeline that these were implemented in while also creating a more efficient use their marketing budget – helping deliver more conversions per pound spent.

We undertook a study into the growing Build to Rent market in the UK on behalf of a sector leading architectural firm. The objective was to understand consumer attitudes towards this emerging product, testing the assumptions of the commercial model. We conducted a study of renters to determine the amenities people currently value, and the amenities they would be willing to pay a premium for.
